Mission Statement

I Can Too! Learning Center, LLC (ICT) values a collaborative and multi-faceted intervention approach in working with children with autism. We believe in tailoring each child’s program to meet his or her specific and unique needs through the use of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) prinicples. At ICT, we strive to make all children as independent as possible by providing intervention that will develop new skills and concepts to maximize their ability to learn from their natural environment. It is of critical importance to ICT that these skills are functional and easily generalized across settings. We believe in empowering families by providing supportive coaching in behavior management that will create a more positive and manageable family environment. We work to foster an environment of “team cohesion,” believing that all team members have important contributions to make to each program and to ICT as a whole. We encourage staff development by supporting staff member to reach their personal and professional goals.
