ICT is vendorized with the California Regional Center to provide Intensive Early Intervention Services for 0-3 year old children with autism and related disorders, Speech and Language therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Center-Based Services. We are also vendored to provide Adaptive Skills programs and Intensive Behavioral Intervention programs to children over 3 years of age.
ICT’s Intensive Early Intervention services is behaviorally based and focuses on building early learning skills and learning to learn skills. Although a variety of behavioral methodologies may be used, much of the therapy is delivered in a Naturalistic Environmental Teaching format/Play-Based model. Discrete Trial teaching (DTT) may also be used for teaching as appropriate. Parent training is incorporated into each program, and although follows a general curriculum and outline, is hands on, and specific targets and goals will be focused on with each family.
