Kristen Cooper has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Madison. She received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. For over eight years, she has worked with children with autism and their families. She has been with I Can Too! Learning Center, Inc since April 2005 and she previously worked for the Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) in Madison. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She currently works out of the San Jose office as the Clinical Director.

Katie Hofman has a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Psychology, with a specialization in Developmental Psychology from the University of California, San Diego. While at UCSD, she worked as a research assistant in Dr. Schreibman’s Autism Research Lab and Dr. Fantino’s Operant Conditioning Lab. She received her Master’s in Business Administration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Katie has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism for over 8 years and has been with I Can Too! Learning Center, Inc. since August 2007. Prior to joining I Can Too! she worked as the Supervisor of Autism Services for the San Luis Obispo County Office of Education, where she worked closely with Autism Partnership of Seal Beach. She also served as a Behavioral Consultant for San Luis Coastal Unified School District. While there, Katie developed a social playgroup structure that continues to be used district-wide in San Luis Obispo. She helped develop a training module that is now used throughout San Luis Obispo County to train county and district personnel on the basics of Autism, ABA and various intervention strategies. Katie currently works out of the San Jose office.

Judy Feezer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Special Education from San Jose State University. Judy has worked in the field of special education for the past six years. She worked with several companies serving the bay area and children with autism before joining I Can Too! Learning Center in August of 2002. She has studied video modeling, TEACCH, PECS, and many other ABA methodologies. During her time with I Can Too! Learning Center, she has held the therapist, program supervisor, and regional supervisor positions. She currently works out of the San Jose office as a Case Director.

Lisa Beyer has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California. She worked with children with autism and other developmental delays as a nanny for over 2 years. In 2005 she worked as a therapist for a non-public agency serving children with autism in Los Angeles County. She has been trained in applied behavior analysis, picture exchange communication system, discrete trial training, and principals of floortime. Currently she works out of the San Jose office as a Case Supervisor. She has worked with I Can Too! Learning Center, Inc. since November 2005.

Camille Summers has a Bachelor’s degree in Communicative Disorders from San Francisco State University and a Masters Degree in Special Education from Santa Clara University with an emphasis on Early Childhood Intervention. She also has an Education Specialist Instruction Teaching Credential. She has been working in the field of Early Childhood and Special Needs for 22 years, Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism for 15 years and has been with I Can Too! Learning Center Inc. for the past 4 years. She has previously taught preschool autism classes in the public school system, directed cases in other countries, and worked as a Director and In-service Coordinator in local School Districts. She has presented lectures/trainings on topics including Autism, ABA, Natural Based Teaching Methods and Speech Enhancements. She has a special interest in TEACCH, Floortime, as well as Infant Mental Health and continues to attend workshops for ongoing education. She currently works out of the San Jose office as the Director of Center-based Services.

Amy Corral has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Amy has been providing ABA based therapy since 2003, but has worked with children with special needs since 1995 in various settings such as after school programs and Special Education Classrooms. She has completed training in TEAACH (Treatment and Education of Autistic and related Communication-handicapped CHildren). Amy joined ICT! In November, 2006. She currently works out of the San Jose office as a Lead Interventionist.

Dawn Spencer has been working in the field of Special Education since 1996. Dawn began working at ICT in 2002 as a behavior therapist. Since then, Dawn was promoted to a Senior Therapist position in 2006. Dawn is trained in discrete trial, PECS, Floortime and TEACCH. Dawn currently works out of the San Jose office as a Lead Interventionist.

Patricia Le has a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Psychology and Behavioral Science from San Jose State University in San Jose, CA. She has worked in the field of special education and with children with autism, utilizing applied behavior analysis strategies, for over eight years and has been with I Can Too! since October 2006. Prior to joining I Can Too!, she worked as a Specialized Instructional Aide, Behavioral Therapist and Lead Therapist for a variety of local school districts and in a private practice setting. She has been trained in Relationship Development Intervention, Verbal Behavior, picture exchange communication systems, and discrete trial teaching. She currently works out of the San Jose office as a Lead Interventionist.

Quyen graduated from Douglass College, Rutgers University (in New Jersey) in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. She worked for a financial company for 5 years. In 2002, she had a career change and began working as a therapist/home programmer at Institute for Educational Achievement, a non profit school for children with autism. She gained 2 years of work experience and found her passion for teaching children. She moved to California in the summer of 2004. The next 3 years, she continued to develop her skills and worked as a behavior therapist. Quyen joined I Can Too! Learning Center, Inc. in August 2007 as a behavior therapist. Currently, she is a Trainer for the San Jose office.

Katherine Pollard-Pollak has a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from San Jose State University in California. She received her Master of Art’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology also from San Jose State University. Kitty is licensed by the State of California and maintains ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence. She has worked in the field of special education as a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for 16 years. For nine years she worked for Union School District in San Jose, California coordinating the Early Education Assessment Team, providing SLP services in the moderate to severe preschool special day class and developing and running the non-intensive speech and language program. For the last seven years, she has worked specifically in Early Start working with the birth to three year old population. Over the past three years she has specialized working with children with Autism on multidisciplinary teams consisting of ABA therapists, Occupational Therapists and Early Interventionists. Kitty has been trained in Muscle-Based (Oral Motor) Therapy; SCERTS, TEAACH, DIR and Hanen treatment models, Auditory Processing Disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech picture exchange communication systems, AAC, Sensory Dysfunction, Nutrition Therapy, and Special Education Regulations. Kitty currently works out of the South Bay office in San Jose as the Director of Speech Pathology and has been with I Can Too! since August 2006. “There is no greater joy then the joy on a child’s face when his parents understand his language.”

Natalie Paramo, M.S., OTR/L holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University. While in the Master’s Program, she focused her research on linking theory to interventions in resolving social relatedness deficits in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Natalie is licensed by the state of California and certified nationally by the NBCOT to practice occupational therapy. She has developed and implemented programs addressing handwriting, organizational, social, and problem solving skills. Natalie has worked with children from Early Intervention to middle school. She has received training and continuing education in areas such as sensory processing disorder, sensory integration and behavior strategies.
