Carly Magnus began working with individuals with autism in Canada in 1994 and has never looked back! Her experience working with adults in group homes led serendipitously to work in early autism intervention using Applied Behavior Analysis. Carly began working in home programs under a variety of consultants from the US and Canada while obtaining a Bachelors Degree in psychology and linguistics at the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada. Carly worked at a Montessori Preschool coordinating autism intervention and integration on campus under the direction of the preschool program’s behavioral consultant for 4 years. She has participated in training and curriculum development in both Canada and the US. Carly moved to the Bay Area in 2003 to work for ICT because of its reputation for providing a progressive intervention model. She has worked as a Therapist, Case Supervisor and Case Director at ICT, while obtaining a M. Ed. in Special Education through the Grand Canyon University. She works alongside many talented Program Directors, Supervisors and Therapists in the San Mateo/Foster City and East Bay offices where she now acts as the Clinical Director. Carly enjoys all aspects of programming, parent training and staff development. When she is not working, Carly enjoys spending time with friends, reading, hiking and traveling. Carly is the Clinical Director for the San Mateo/Foster City and Haward Offices.

Sherry Spencer is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Sherry has worked with children with autism and other developmental disabilities for over eight years. While attending graduate school, She received her clinical training working as a Clinical Specialist on the Inpatient Neuro-Behavioral Unit at the Kennedy Krieger Institute. Following her graduate training, she moved to the bay area and worked as a Behavioral Consultant for a non-public agency serving children with autism. Within this position, she conducted Functional Behavioral Assessments, developed behavioral intervention programs, conducted staff training, provided classroom consultative services, developed and managed supplementary early intervention programs, and conducted small group trainings for district personnel. During August 2005, Sherry joined I Can Too! Learning center, Inc. She currently works as a Case Director in the San Mateo/Foster City area, developing and managing early intervention programs for children on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments, and providing classroom consultation services.

Brandi Marcaletti earned a Doctorate degree in child Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University in January 2010. Prior to coming to the Bay Area for graduate school, she was in Los Angeles doing her undergratuate at Loyola Maymount University, where she obtained a B.A. in Psychology. It was in Los Angeles in 2002 that she entered the field of ABA, and she has been treating children on the Autism Spectrum ever since. In addition to her ABA experience, she has had training and experience in treating a wide variety of childhood disorders, including behavioral and emotional disturbances, attachment problems, learning disabilities, and attention deficit disorders. She also has experience providing play therapy, family therapy, and group therapy, as well as conducting psychodiagnostic assessments. She is currently a Case Director at I Can Too! Learning Center’s Foster City office.

Holly Smallie has a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Pacific in California. She is currently working to complete her Master of Art’s degree in Psychology. She has been working in the field of special education with children with autism for thirteen years, specializing in functional behavior assessment and intervention planning, discrete trial teaching, functional communication, and parent training in California and in Hawaii. She currently works out of the San Mateo office.

Catherine Dizon Tolentino has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis on childhood development from San Francisco State University. She has been working with I Can Too! Learning Center Inc. since 2006. She currently works in the San Mateo office as a Lead Interventionist.

Lauren Martin has a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Spanish with a specialization in International affairs and a minor in Education from Colorado College in Colorado Springs. She has worked in the field with children with autism, utilizing applied behavior analysis strategies, for over six years. She has been trained in picture exchange communication systems, discrete trial teaching, and son-rise. She currently works out of the San Mateo office as a Lead Interventionist.

Ryan Castro has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis. He has been with I Can Too! Learning Center Inc. since November 2006 where he was hired as a Therapist. He has worked in home and school based ABA programs while implementing DTT, PECS, visual supports, BST programs, and facilitated playgroups. He currently works out of the San Mateo office as a Lead Interventionist.

Paul Cruz has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development. He has been working in the field of ABA for 5 years and has been with I Can Too! Learning Center since November 2008. Paul has been certified in P.A.R.T and Pro-ACT. He also speaks fluent Tagalog. He currently works out of the San Mateo office as a Trainer.
